Preparation

  • Pour the milk into the blender first.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • Add the frozen banana slices and frozen blueberries.
  • Toss in ice cubes and a pinch of salt (if desired).
  • Blend on low speed for 10-15 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 30-45 seconds until thick and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency with milk or more frozen fruit as needed.
  • Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
  • Top with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and banana slices.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter for a nutty richness. If you want a greener option, add a handful of spinach or kale.
