Cooking

  • In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the onion, carrot, garlic, and ginger. Cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, stacked as desired.

Notes
