  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Adds color and a fresh herbal note.

Crepes and Toppings

  • 6 large crepes (store-bought or homemade) Delicately thin, serving as the perfect wrap.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional) Melty and gooey, perfect for cheese lovers.
  • 1/2 cup creamy cheese sauce or béchamel for topping Luxurious, unctuous, finishing the dish beautifully.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until all the ingredients are well-combined and cohesive.

Filling Crepes

  • Take a crepe and lay it flat. Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture into the center of each crepe. Roll up tightly, making sure to tuck in the sides to prevent the filling from spilling out.
  • Place the seam-side down in a baking dish.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and heat the crepes for about 8-10 minutes until warmed through and the cheese melts beautifully, if using.

Serving

  • While the crepes are warming, gently warm your cheese sauce or béchamel on the stove.
  • After removing the crepes from the oven, drizzle the sauce over the top generously, adding an extra layer of creamy goodness.
  • Finally, sprinkle some chopped parsley over the top for a fresh touch. Serve hot, accompanied by a crisp salad or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Consider making your own crepes for a more personal touch and using fresh ingredients for better flavor. You can also customize the filling or add different sauces for variations.
