Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and sriracha sauce, mixing until smooth.
  • Add honey and soy sauce, whisk until well combined.
  • Stir in rice vinegar and sesame oil, followed by minced garlic and grated ginger. Whisk until a creamy, uniform color is achieved.
  • Taste and adjust heat with more sriracha or sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle over sushi bowls, grilled chicken, or roasted vegetables. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Adjust to your taste by adding more sriracha for spiciness or more honey for sweetness. Serve it warm for enhanced flavor.
