Preparation

  • Peel and slice 2 ripe bananas in half and mash until mostly smooth in a mixing bowl.
  • Add peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly until creamy.
  • Stir in chia seeds evenly. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes, stirring again to prevent clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Serving

  • Spoon into jars or bowls, top with sliced banana, chopped peanuts, a drizzle of warm peanut butter, and a dusting of cinnamon.

Notes
