  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add pasta ensuring it’s submerged in broth and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low and mix in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella until melted.
  • Stir in butter until fully incorporated, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Adjust the consistency of your sauce by adding more broth or cream. For heat, add red pepper flakes.
