For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas Soft and warm.

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melty and stretchy.

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Creates a creamy texture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances garlic flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Adds richness.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in the hot skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return cooked chicken strips to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay tortillas flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll up tightly.
  • Optionally, toast the wraps in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for added flavor. Substitute cheeses as desired. Add crushed red pepper for spice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
