Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until you have fine crumbs. Mix these crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.

Layering

  • In a 9×13-inch dish, layer the graham cracker mixture, half of the cheesecake filling, and half of the macerated strawberries.
