  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened Binds the mixture together.
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips For coating; ensures a sweet shell.
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil Helps melted chocolate remain smooth.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and softened butter. Mix until everything is well blended and a soft dough forms.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, approximately the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

Coating

  • Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate chips along with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back onto the parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, approximately 15-30 minutes.
