Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce, then spread over the bottom rolls.

Assembly

  • Layer shredded chicken, provolone cheese, pickles, tomato, and red onion on top.
  • In another bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan.
  • Brush the mixture generously over the top half of the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on the filling and cover with foil.

Baking

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden.
