Instructions
 

Cooking the Beef

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Introduce the ground beef and cook until browned, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. If there’s excess fat, drain it off.
  • Stir in smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to flavor the beef. Mix well to combine.
  • Add soy sauce, hot honey, and apple cider vinegar, stirring until the mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.

Assembling the Bowl

  • Divide the cooked rice into bowls, serving as the base.
  • Top each bowl with the sautéed beef mixture, allowing the hot honey glaze to seep into the rice.
  • Add shredded carrots, cucumber slices, avocado, and red cabbage artistically on top.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
