  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Spread half of the Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom rolls, followed by the chicken mixture, and then the remaining cheese. Top with the top halves of the rolls.
  • Mix together the remaining melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, and brush it over the top of the sliders.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

Making Coleslaw

  • Toss the dressing with the coleslaw mix and scallions just before serving.

Serving

  • Once the sliders are out of the oven, spoon coleslaw over the chicken and replace the tops of the rolls.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For more heat, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes. Substitute half of the mayonnaise in the coleslaw with Greek yogurt for a healthier option. Try different cheeses like cheddar or spicy pepper jack.
